When you have chosen an English speaking country you would like to write about and read Resources for Academic Writing that
can be found in the menu on the left, the next step is to choose a subject.
The following are links to suggestions for topics in the different subject areas:
You may choose a topic from the suggestions; but you are, of course, free to choose your own subject. If you have any questions feel free to contact
your teacher.
In the Resources for Academic Writing, the sections on the Structure of Academically
Written Reports and Essays and Formalities are particularly useful. Your paper should be between 800 and
1000 words and follow the instructions for report writing regarding language and layout.
