B TEACHING
1.
2.

It is essential that the teaching standard is kept at the present level, but it s suggested that the Ministry be active in reorganizing the subjects taught.

It is vital that Latin should be opitional and that the Ministry makes Utlandic the most important subject. Utlandic culture and habits should also be taught .

3.

It is necessary that well-educated teachers from abroad should only be recruited for teaching foreign languages.

C IMPACT ON SOCIETY
1.
2.

With the changes referred to above the impact on society will become better and both students and people of Utlandia will become the winners. I find it extremely important for the whole society that these students will help improve the self-esteem of all the people of Utlandia and to make them proud of their own African culture, language and life style. Therefore I suggest that the head of the school as well as most of the teachers are Utlandian native speakers.

The students should be allowed to visit the nearby villages and to visit their homes more often in order to maintain contact with their families and their background.

3.

Every effort should be made to keep the costs for the school lower. If this is done more money could be put into the education for all Utlandians. It is recommended that money be spent on taking away all school fees in elementary schools.

If these measures were introduced I feel sure that the Eton of Africa will help in developing the whole of Utlandia and help all of the people of Utlandia to have a better future.
